Restrictions

Guest Access

Designated parking is available, along with ample guest parking. A parking pass will be issued at the on-site office.

Important: TRUCKS ARE NOT PERMITTED to park on the premises according to association rules.

Please complete the rental application and agreement prior to check-in, which will be emailed to you. A government-issued ID is required at least 4 days before receiving the parking permit.

Important Notes

  • Please contact Michelle regarding any pets, as the association has a pet policy with weight restrictions.
  • Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed on the property or within the condo unit.
  • NO SMOKING is permitted in the condo.

There is separate parking available for pickup trucks on the next street over, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. Further details can be found in the lease agreement.
